- Orders below £60.00: Shipping cost is £5.99
- Orders £60.00 and above: FREE Standard Shipping
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timeframe for Standard Shipping:

Please note: Delivery estimates do not include processing time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:
- Shipment confirmation
- Tracking number (if available)
- Carrier tracking link
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Hallel Print is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delays & Carrier Issues
We are not liable for:
- Carrier delays
- Weather disruptions
- Customs processing times
- High seasonal traffic
- Any delays after the package is handed over to the shipping carrier
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbours, household members, or local delivery offices
- Contact the shipping carrier directly for investigation
Hallel Print is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for assistance.
