Return Eligibility Window
- We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, including tags and original packaging.
Items That Cannot Be Returned (Final Sale Items)
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances. This applies to the following two collections:
- Hoodies
- Sweatshirts

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee for valid returns.
Return Requirements
To complete your return:
- Provide your order number and email address.
- Items must be in brand-new condition.
- Returns showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may be refused.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return standards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days (processing times depend on your payment provider).
- Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you want a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send a clear photo and description of the issue.
We will replace or refund defective items at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
